Skincare Training

I met Carol at a training day a few weeks ago,I am just starting in the skincare business and had ompleted a skincare course. I was not feeling very confident at all with Chemical Peels and Microneedling. Carol and I were chatting g her knowledge was amazing and as I was feeling very scared she offered to give me some extra training at her clinic Professional Salon Training. On the day I had the morning of skin care refresher in anatomy and physiology followed by practical sessions s on microneedling and chemical peels, this allowed me to get my confidence up with Carole instructing me throughout these procedures. She showed me how to perform a good skin analysis followed by advising the client on the correct treatment for them. I also really enjoyed doing these treatments and feel able to go forward with my own business. Thank you Carol you were fantastic I will definitely be coming back for more courses.

Done my definition brow course 18/05/2022 with Carol and I couldn't recommend it enough. Carol made sure we were relaxed and understood everything she was speaking about. It wasn't rusheed and we had lots of time to ask questions. She explained everything very clearly and took timr with us when we were struggling to do something. I’ve just finished doing a Acrylic Course with Carol and I loved it. Carol was very easy to approach and answered any questions that we had. She explained everything very clearly and took us step by step through the process. Carol was able to offer advice if and when a problem arose, I was able to fix it. I thoroughly enjoyed my nail learning journey with Carol!! I successfully completed and passed 2 nail courses with Carol; Gel Polish and Nail Tips with Acrylic Overlay. These were carried out on 2 separate occasions... ...Carol is such a warm and welcoming lady, she immediately made me feel at ease. I cannot thank Carol enough and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to pursue a career in the beauty industry!

Overall the day was great! Learning how to properly cleanse and moisturise the face before applying the make up, how to create a more day to day look and for a more mature face. You were very patient with my questions and going through everything step by step, as well as all the extras I should be doing due to covid. Couldn’t have been more friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Couldn’t have gone any better.

I trained with Carole for my gel polish / acrylics and Kirsty for my gel enhancements. It was such a great experience, the team are friendly, very professional, confident and always have the answers to any questions you may have. The salon itself is lovely, extremely clean and great care is taken to ensure everyone’s safety with regards to COVID-19. Would highly recommend booking a course with Professional Salon Training as there is lots to choose from their website. I shall be booking more in the future

I have now been a beauty therapist for over 11 years, I originally came in to contact with Carol when she taught me at college at the beginning of my career. Since starting her business Professional Salon Training I have completed quite a few courses with her and her professionalism and enthusiasm for beauty inspire me to improve myself. As well as guiding me through my award in education and training qualification I have also completed practical courses with her. I have learned so much from Carol, not only as a beauty therapist but also as a business woman working hard to juggle work and family life.

Carol Hendrie was very professional and yet friendly I loved learning anatomy and still remember all of it taught by only Carol. Learned and remembered muscles and they’re function, used anatomy as order of treatment eg.facials. Didn’t have a clue about treatment order until Carol Hendrie was my lecturer.

I was a nurse for 10 years before embarking on my new profession to include laser hair removal & tattoo removal. Wanting to add on more for my customers I booked a facial training course with Carol and honestly found the small class as more a one to one training experience. Carol was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and the extras I am now able to offer my customers has been immeasurable. I have since practiced the techniques shown already and my customers love the treatments. I would not hesitate in booking any further courses with Carol.

I put my daughter and her friend on Carol's make-up course because I have heard great things about her training, the girls love the learning experience and made friends with the other trainees, they learned lots of make-up tips and tricks, Addison has used her new talents to do my make-up, I would love Addison to keep up her training with Carol in future for lot more make-up courses and when she’s older do more beautician courses, overall both girls had a blast and I would definitely recommend it for other young girls who are starting to play around with make-up.

I have done multiple courses with professional salon training now and would highly recommend!!! The courses are in depth and well paced so you can really understand what you are learning and become confident with it. Carol is always on hand to help you and truly cares about each student's outcome she is an asset to the beauty industry and is such a fantastic teacher, Carol is supportive both during and after training and is there to answer any questions/problems you have. If you are thinking about doing a course with professional salon training, go for it! you won't regret it ❤

I chose to train with Carol because of her great feedback, I was in college the previous year learning the basics but didn't want to spend another 3-6 months of evening classes. Carol taught me gel polish and acrylic extensions she was so nice and helpful and very patient! Acrylic is so hard! I now work from home part-time as I have another job and a seven-year-old. I have roughly 10 people a month which is ideal for me at the moment. I love doing nails and I know that if I needed help Carol would be there to support me.
