Ear Candling

This therapy can also be known as thermo-auricular therapy. This ancient natural treatment has many wonderful benefits that can be used for relaxation purposes as well as helping to treat ear or sinus irritation, headaches and migraines. It involves the use of an ear candle that is gently placed within the opening of the ear, this is followed by a specific ear and facial massage treatment.

Please note: You will need to bring your own blanket and a pillow covered with a pillow case for this course.
